초록내용

전치부 치료는 보철적인 방법과 보존적인 방법이 있습니다. 두가지 방법 모두 장점과 단점이 있겠으나 보존적인 방법은 치아 삭제량이 적다는 점에서 최소침습의 치료 원칙에 더 부합된다고 할 수 있습니다. 그러나 전치부에서의 레진 충전은 충전 자체가 고도의 테크닉을 요구하며 레진에 익숙치 않은 임상가에게는 치료 시간이 보철적인 방법에 비해 매우 길다는 점에서 선뜻 선택하기가 쉽지 않습니다. 그러함에도 불구하고 접착과 직접 충전을 통한 수복은 환자와 의사 모두에게서 점점 더 요구가 높아지는 추세입니다. 그래서 이번 강연에서는 전치부 레진 충전을 수행하는 방법에 대하여 실제적인 테크닉을 동영상으로 보여드리는 것으로 임상가들이 보다 빠르고 쉽게 직접수복에 다가갈 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있습니다.

There are prosthetic and conservative methods for the treatment of anterior tooth restoration. Both methods have advantages and disadvantages, but the conservative method is more in line with the principle of minimally invasive treatment in that the amount of tooth removal is small. However, filling the resin in the anterior teeth requires a high level of technique, and it is difficult for a clinician who is not familiar with resin to make a quick choice because the treatment time is very long compared to the prosthetic method. Nevertheless, restorations through adhesion and direct filling are increasingly in demand from both patients and physicians. So, in this lecture, the purpose of this lecture is to show practical techniques on how to perform the anterior tooth filling in a video, so that clinicians can approach the restoration more quickly and easily.
